Machine Shop Manager

Job Description

 The machine shop manager leads people and processes, overseeing the day-to-day activities of our machining, saw, and heat treat teams. This individual will direct team activities with the goal of manufacturing the best possible products on-time while maintaining a safe working environment, continuously improving processes, being an asset to customers, and developing employees in knowledge/competency resulting in a more effective team.  Candidates must be flexible and able to respond positively to changes and challenges. They should be able to think outside the box to solve problems and willing to go the extra mile to ensure department goals are met.
